With a travelled notebook, I set out to understand the world as a writer. Since, my writing portfolio has grown out its dimensions, taking on the size and shape of cainebird.com. It’s a great and agonising craft to find something creatively inspiring out of words that’s more than ordinary. That, and to make a reader connect with your experiences, views, thoughts, and emotions as if they were a shared record.

My writing covers ground – it reaches across genres, forms and audiences. In my time, I have been a member of the press, a journalist of sorts and jotted in abundances to the great successes, and failures, of film as a critic. I also muse often on marketing, its many states, and its past, present and future form. I have moved through academic circles, too.

Where I spend my everyday – my home study has a squarish desk, and from this spot, near the window, I write in abundances. But the writerly trade is not my only market. I am known as a champion of creative and commercially successful marketing practice.
